Janet Waters

Janet Waters is an accomplished Physician Recruiter at Mount Auburn Hospital since June 2023, with previous experience as a recruiter at Beth Israel Lahey Health from October 2021 to May 2023, where support was provided to Primary Care Practices in hiring Advanced Practitioners and Nurses. Prior to that, Janet sourced and recruited talent at Ascentria Care Alliance from February 2017 to December 2021 for various programs, including In Home Care and residential treatment for teen mothers and their children. Additionally, Janet managed the Intergenerational Workforce Project at Ascentria, promoting intergenerational experiences between older adults and young people. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History and Women’s Studies from Yale University and a Master of Divinity in Chaplaincy from Harvard Divinity School.
