Jose Zapata

Jose Zapata has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jose most recently held the position of VP of Finance and Accounting at Mount Franklin Foods since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain at Cordis from August 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Cordis, Jose worked at Cardinal Health, where they held multiple roles including FP&A Manager, Site Controller, and Manufacturing Group Consolidations Manager from 2013 to 2021. Jose also worked as a Plant Controller and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis during their time there.

Prior to that, they served as the Cost Accounting Manager at Jarden Corporation from July 2012 to April 2013 and as a Cost Accountant at Flextronics from July 2009 to July 2012.

Jose began their career as a Senior Transfer Pricing Consultant at Deloitte from September 2005 to July 2009.

Jose Zapata earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Finance. Jose then completed a Post-graduate program in Project Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
