Mireya Corral

Mireya Corral has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. MIREYA most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Mount Franklin Foods since 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at DATAMARK, Inc. for two years, where they provided leadership to the global HR organization and implemented streamlined HR functions and reporting tools. MIREYA also served as the Divisional Director of HR at Electro Components International, overseeing various HR functions and strategic planning.

Before that, Mireya worked as the Director of Human Resources at Werner Co, where they supported four operations and implemented succession planning and talent development initiatives. MIREYA also held positions at CR Bard as a Senior Production Manager and Human Resources Manager, responsible for functional activities such as payroll, recruiting, training, and employee communications. Additionally, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Saturn Electronics & Engineering, managing a large workforce and representing the company during mergers and joint ventures.

Mireya began their career at Sumitomo, where they started the Communication Department and developed a training plan to improve quality results. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR leadership, talent management, and strategic planning.

Mireya Corral's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Executive Master in Business Administration from UTEP in 2011. In 2015, they obtained a Senior Certified Professional - SHRM certification in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. MIREYA continued to expand their HR expertise by earning a Senior Certified Professional in HR certification from the Society of Human Resources in 2017 and another Senior Certified Professional certification from SHRM in the same year. Mireya also holds additional certifications in HR Metrics, Labor Relations, Performance Management, and People Analytics obtained between 2017 and 2020.
