Adelia Pope

Adelia Pope currently serves as the Study Abroad Coordinator at Mount Holyoke College, where responsibilities include advising students on study abroad options and participating in strategic planning to enhance program policies. Previously, Adelia held key roles at Road Scholar, including Director of Regional Programs, overseeing international educational travel for adults, and Associate Director of International Program Development, where an innovative study abroad series was created. Earlier experience includes managing Elderhostel programs at Scandinavian Seminar and serving as an assistant in the Registrar’s Office at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Adelia possesses a Master's of Education in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Art History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, supplemented by extensive independent travel across multiple countries.
