Carolyn Santiago

Carolyn Santiago, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Benefits in the Human Resources department at Mount Holyoke College since 2022. Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Compensation and Benefits Manager at Aspen Square Management from 2003 to 2022. Earlier in career, Carolyn held the position of Financial Risk Manager at GE Financial Assurance Holdings Inc from 1999 to 2003 and is Six Sigma certified. Carolyn holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst and a Bachelor of Business Administration in the same field from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, Carolyn is a member of SHRM, reflecting a strong commitment to the HR profession.
