Nichole McClellan

Nichole McClellan is an experienced accounting and front desk professional with a strong background in hospitality and budget management. Currently serving as Front of House Supervisor and Accounting Specialist at Mount Holyoke College since January 2016, Nichole oversees daily front desk operations, manages roomMaster software, and handles comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including receivables, payables, and report creation. Prior experience includes roles as Front Desk Supervisor and Bookkeeper at Donovan's Irish Pub & Restaurant, where Nichole managed various responsibilities, and as Assistant to the Director of Budget at Western New England University, focusing on budget tracking and allocation analysis. Nichole holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Business Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Western New England University, as well as a High School Diploma from Chicopee Comprehensive High School.
