Katherine Morris has diverse work experience in the veterinary field. Katherine is currently the Head of Department at Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, where they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Veterinary Surgeon at the same hospital starting in September 2019. From 2016 to 2019, Katherine served as a Surgery Resident at the University of Pennsylvania. Katherine also worked as a Rotating Intern at The Animal Medical Center from 2015 to 2016. In addition, they gained experience as an Emergency SA Surgery Technician-Team Leader at Cornell University Hospital for Animals from 2011 to 2013. Katherine also served as the Director of Southside Pet Clinic from 2012 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Technician in the Lab of Comparative Orthopaedics at Cornell University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to entering the veterinary field, Katherine worked as a Server and Bartender at Stella's Restaurant from 2007 to 2010.

Katherine Morris attended The Winsor School from 1998 to 2006, during which they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following their graduation from high school, they enrolled at Cornell University in 2006 and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Architecture. Katherine then continued their education at Cornell University from 2011 to 2015, earning their Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree with a field of study in Veterinary Medicine.
