Craig McGaughey has extensive experience in educational coordination and recruitment. Currently serving as the Substitute Coordinator for Lower, Middle, and Upper School at Mount Pisgah Christian School since October 2008, Craig has also held the position of Lower School Substitute Coordinator and Permanent Substitute. Prior to this role, Craig was the Founder, CEO, and Recruiter at Top Shelf Executive Search, LLC from September 2005 to September 2010, and worked as a Senior Recruiter at Parker, McFadden & Associates between August 1980 and July 1990. Craig earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Bowling Green State University, completing the program in 1989.
