Andrew Gazal

Andrew Gazal is an experienced professional in the fields of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies and operational management. As the Founder of ESGTech since 2019, Andrew has focused on enhancing the scalability of KPI-linked financial products for financial institutions by improving the acquisition and verification of ESG disclosures. In 2023, Andrew became an Operating Partner at Mount Row Partners, where responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, operational improvements, and supporting post-acquisition integration for portfolio companies. Previous roles include advisory positions across various companies, such as MOS Engineering and G&M Capital Pte Ltd, where Andrew specialized in project finance, regulatory compliance, and ESG product development. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture from the Australian Maritime College, Andrew also pursued further education in Applied Project Management at Metier Academy.
