Benjamin Hall

Benjamin Hall is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Mount Royal University since April 2013, where responsibilities include leading Risk, Privacy, and various Legal functions. Benjamin provides comprehensive legal advice across multiple practice areas such as risk management, privacy, human rights, and intellectual property. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as a Small Claims Lawyer with the City of Calgary from July 2011 to April 2013, managing all small claims litigation and gaining significant trial experience. Benjamin's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Director at the International Theatresports Institute from May 2005 to July 2011, where leadership involved structural changes and governance model development. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Political Science from the University of Calgary.
