Caroline McDonald-Harker

Caroline McDonald-Harker, PhD, currently serves as the Director of the Centre for Community Disaster Research and an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at Mount Royal University since August 2013, where previously held the position of Assistant Professor. Prior to this, Caroline was an Adjunct Professor at the University of Calgary for a brief period in early 2013 and at the University of Alberta from January 2003 to April 2005. Caroline McDonald-Harker earned a Doctorate in Sociology from the University of Alberta between 2002 and 2011, a Master of Arts Degree in Sociology from McGill University in 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Sociology from Queen's University, which was completed in 2001.
