Milena Santoro, EMBA CMM CMP PID, serves as the President & CEO of MS Productions Inc., an international event and destination management company, since January 1995. With extensive experience in education, Milena holds roles such as Corporate Trainer and Lead Instructor at NAIT, Instructor/Facilitator at multiple colleges including Red Deer College, Mount Royal University, and NorQuest College, and heads various certificate programs. Milena also acts as the Executive Director of the Volunteer Management Institute and has been an Advisory Committee Member for the Hospitality Management Program. Milena's educational background includes an EMBA from the University of Fredericton and an MBA from Royal Roads University, alongside several certifications in event management and nonprofit management, emphasizing a commitment to professional development in the hospitality and event sectors.
