Vice President for Students Elaine O'Grady graduated from Mount Saint Mary College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She later earned a Master in Business Administration degree from the Mount's School of Business.
Elaine started as an Admissions Counselor in 1989, and in 1990 was promoted to Associate Director of Admissions. Elaine worked in Admissions until 2001, when she became the Executive Vice President of Operations and Housing at the Mount. She is now the Vice President for Students, overseeing the Mount's Student Affairs.
Elaine's husband, Andrew O'Grady, is also a graduate of Mount Saint Mary College (’88). They married in the Dominican Center Chapel in August of 1991.
Elaine's son, Ryan, followed his parents to the Mount and earned his BA in 2015. They also have a daughter who currently attends the Mount.
