Dr. Kelly Garrett

Dr. Kelly Garrett currently serves as the Deputy Director of Employee Training and Development at the FDA, advising on the CDRH Training Program. With a robust academic background, Dr. Garrett is the Lead Faculty at Elizabethtown College and a Professor at Mount Saint Mary's University, recognized by students as the 2021 Educator-of-the-Year. Experience includes leadership roles such as Director of the Emergency Management Professional Program, Deputy Chief Learning Officer for Leadership Development at the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and Director of Strategy Management for the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command. Dr. Garrett holds an EdD from the University of Pennsylvania and multiple leadership credentials from prestigious institutions, emphasizing expertise in leadership development, curriculum design, and organizational strategy.
