Lourdes Maria R. Casao

Lourdes Maria R. Casao, PhD, RN, FNP, NPD-BC is a highly accomplished nursing professional with extensive experience in education and leadership within healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Education at CHA Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center and West Hills Hospital and Medical Center, Lourdes designs and implements hospital-wide educational programs and oversees learning needs assessments. Additionally, Lourdes operates CASAO Consulting, offering expert consultation on professional and organizational development. As an adjunct faculty member at Mount Saint Mary's University, Lourdes leads the nursing leadership course for the RN to BSN program. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Education at Citrus Valley Health Partners, where Lourdes managed clinical education for a large healthcare system, and staff nurse roles at Citrus Valley Medical Center.
