Hilary L. Carter

Hilary L. Carter, MBA, PMP, CCMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and consulting. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Senior Change Management Consultant at Coral Consulting since April 2024, Hilary has also taken on the role of Part-Time Faculty at Mount Saint Vincent University. In addition, Hilary is a Board Member and Director of Communications for PMI Nova Scotia Chapter. Previous roles include Change Management Consultant at Mara Consulting, Senior Change Management Specialist at Nova Scotia Power, and Business Process Manager at Lindsay Construction. Hilary holds a Master of Education in Lifelong Learning and a Master of Business Administration, alongside a diploma in Construction Management Technology.
