Kelsie Johnston

Kelsie Johnston is currently serving as the Kinu Tourism Project Manager at Mount Saint Vincent University since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kelsie worked as a Fundraising Coordinator at Broadview Magazine from February to June 2023 and as a Project Coordinator at Creative Destruction Lab from March 2019 to July 2021. Kelsie’s earlier experience includes positions as a Program Instructor at Prospect Road Community Centre, an Aboriginal Liaison Officer at Humber College, and an Indigenous Program Intern at Compañeros Inc. Kelsie's career also encompasses communication and event coordination with Humber Aboriginal Resource Centre and volunteer work with All Nations Hope Network. Kelsie’s educational background includes an MBA in Community Economic Development from Cape Breton University, a Post Graduate in International Development from Humber College, a certificate in Skills for Social Change from Coady International Institute, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Sociology from St. Francis Xavier University.
