Benjamin Davis has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare industry. Benjamin began their career at Lithonia Lighting as an Industrial Engineer before moving to Mercy Hospital as a Management Analyst. In 2005, they joined Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach and held roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Manager, and Director of the Project Management Office. In 2013, Davis became Assistant Vice President of Finance & Resource Management at Mount Sinai, followed by Vice President of Operations and Planning. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing multiple departments and managing a large team of 550+ employees.
