Jessica Hartmann has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Jessica started their career in 2007 as a General Counselor at Camp Towanda. In 2008, they worked as an Intern at BearingPoint, Inc before joining Tabner, Ryan and Keniry, LLP as a Legal Assistant to the Managing Partner. Jessica then gained experience as a Temporary Paralegal at Conservation Law Foundation and as an Ambulatory Services Representative III at Children's Hospital Boston. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Social Work Intern at North River Collaborative, followed by an MSW Intern role at Franciscan Children's from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they became a School Based Clinician at Community Healthlink Inc. In 2018, they took on the role of Assistant Ski Coach at Shrewsbury High School. Jessica'smost recent position is the Mount Snow Development Program Head Coach, a role they have held since November 2019.

Jessica Hartmann has a diverse education history. Jessica obtained a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree with a specialization in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Simmons University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Child Development at Tufts University from 2012 to 2013. Jessica also holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Marist College, which they earned from 2008 to 2009.

Jessica's undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Asian Studies from Skidmore College, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Before attending Skidmore, they briefly attended Manhattanville College in 2004.

In terms of additional certifications, Jessica obtained their Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker credential from the ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards in December 2020. Jessica is also Safe Sport Trained through the U.S. Center for SafeSport, and they received the School Social Worker/Adjustment Counselor certification from the Massachusetts Department of Education in October 2017. Furthermore, Jessica is certified in Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Behavioral Health since September 2015. In addition to their social work qualifications, they obtained the USSA Level 200 certification from the United States Ski and Snowboard Association in January 2015. Finally, Jessica holds a license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker from the Massachusetts Board of Social Workers, which they obtained in June 2017.
