Swati Gupta is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in recruitment and human resource consulting. Currently serving as an HR Consultant at Mount Talent Consulting since December 2014, Swati has developed expertise in managing diverse HR functions. Prior to this role, Swati worked as an HR Recruiter at Signature Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process. Swati’s early career includes internships at Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Limited and ING Vysya Bank, focusing on human resource training effectiveness and banking product marketing strategies, respectively. Swati holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from the Institute of Technology & Science and a Bachelor's degree in HR & Marketing from BIT Mesra.
