Chester Aldridge

Chester Aldridge is a prominent entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of US Equity Holdings, Chester also co-founded and chairs Aelan Cell Technologies and Mount Tam Biotechnologies, focusing on biomedical innovation and treatments for autoimmune diseases, respectively. Additionally, Chester is an Advisory Council Member at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging and a Strategic Advisor for Fraunhofer's Pompeii Sustainable Preservation Project. Chester’s leadership extends to roles as Chairman and CEO at Equity Solar and PV Tech Group, driving advancements in solar energy technology. As co-founder and chairman of BioCorps Ventures, and founder and CEO of South 5 Records, Chester has also made significant contributions to the entertainment industry.
