Jen Tanner

Jen Tanner, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in communication and knowledge management, currently serving as AVP of Culture & Strategic Impact at Mountain America Credit Union since July 2001. In this role, Jen leads a team of communication professionals focusing on content strategy, communication analytics, and campaign management. Previous positions at this organization include managing internal learning management systems and knowledge bases, overseeing eLearning professionals, and developing governance programs for knowledge curation. Additionally, Jen is the owner of Style On The Go!, where creative skills in makeup artistry are utilized. Past roles include part ownership and management in a seasonal business, as well as an assistant manager position at Cinemark and various roles at Zions Bank. Jen holds an MBA from Western Governors University and a BS in Business Management, Marketing from Utah Valley University.
