Lindsey Lupic

Lindsey Lupic, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and strategic partnerships across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Partner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Mountain America Credit Union since December 2014, Lindsey provides comprehensive HR support and collaborates with corporate leadership to address business needs. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director for both Steals.com and Steal Network, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition, policy design, and employee engagement. Additionally, Lindsey has held leadership roles at Girl Scouts of Utah and The Coca-Cola Company, contributing to areas such as volunteer management, marketing, and event coordination. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Westminster University and a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Utah.
