Samantha Easter

Samantha Easter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, training, and instructional design. Currently serving as Program Manager II at Mountain America Credit Union since June 2018, Samantha leads cross-functional teams and has successfully launched programs focused on employee development and financial wellness. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Training and Development Design, where Samantha expanded the instructional design team, and Assistant Director of Training at MX.com, managing client learning functions. With additional experience as a process improvement consultant at GE Healthcare and a background in education, Samantha holds an MBA with a focus on Project Management and Business Analytics, alongside master's and bachelor's degrees in education and journalism from the University of Arizona.
