Johanna Patrice Hagarty

Johanna Patrice Hagarty serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Xpand Brand | Art Hero, LLC, specializing in consulting services that include operations, development, DEI, executive coaching, marketing, and communications aimed at empowering minority individuals and organizations. In addition to leading Xpand Brand since 2010, Johanna is the Director of Marketing and Development at Sugar Hollow Solar, Inc., where strategic growth initiatives are executed for a B-Corp-certified renewables firm. Johanna has held various advisory and leadership roles, including at Health Education Resource Services, Mountain BizWorks, and as a business advisor for minority entrepreneurs through city programs. Contributions also extend to communications and marketing as the former Director of Communications at BizRadio.US and as a marketing consultant for other organizations. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Life from East Carolina University.
