Drew Lasater

Drew Lasater has been a Latin Teacher at Mountain Brook City Schools since August 2007, instructing advanced Latin courses including Latin III, IV, and AP, alongside courses in Classical Mythology and Ancient Philosophy. Additionally, Drew serves as the sponsor of both the Latin club and the National Latin Honor Society. Prior experience includes Co-Director of a Latin summer camp for Ascanius Youth Classics Institute in July 2014 and a Latin and Greek Teacher at John Carroll Catholic High School from August 2002 to May 2005. Drew holds a Master’s degree in Classics from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor’s degree in Classics and Religion from Samford University.
