Stephen Baumann

Stephen Baumann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Stephen started their career in 1981 with the New Jersey State Police, where they served as Sergeant First Class until their retirement in 2007. During their time with the police force, Baumann took on various roles and responsibilities, including serving as an Inter-agency Liaison, designing evacuation plans, cultivating partnerships with other agencies, and managing the marine policing needs of multiple stations. Stephen received numerous letters of commendation and appreciation for their service.

In 2006, Baumann joined Minerals Resort as a Cycle Aerobics Instructor, Hike and Canoe, and Kayak Leader. Stephen led cycle aerobics classes and guided guests and members on scenic and fitness day hikes. Stephen also provided instruction in kayak and canoe paddling.

From 2008 to 2011, Baumann worked at Mountain Creek Ski Resort as the Ski and Snowboard School Assistant Director and Instructor.
