Larry Hess

Larry Hess is the CEO of White Label Staffing, a company founded in June 2014, which specializes in an Experiential Staffing software platform leveraging Larry's 30 years of industry experience. As the owner of Encore Nationwide, Inc., since April 1998, Larry manages customer relationships in the Event Marketing sector. In addition, Larry works as a ski instructor at Mammoth Mountain, a position started in December 2017, aimed at teaching skiing to the adaptive community. Larry's previous roles include Technical Representative for Nordica USA, Director of Operations at MarketSource Inc., and various positions in experiential marketing tours. Larry holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Montclair State University and an Associate degree in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
