Patrick Nikolai

Patrick Nikolai is a seasoned professional in recreation and customer service with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Warranty Lead at Mountain Hardwear since March 2015, Patrick achieved a promotion to Warranty Representative II after 1.5 years. Prior roles include Customer Service Specialist at REI, where responsibilities involved enhancing member experiences, and Recreation Program Coordinator for the City of Richmond, California, overseeing multiple community centers and facility maintenance. Previous experience includes managing facilities and sports programs for the Napa Valley Boys & Girls Clubs and engagement in customer service at the SPCA of Monterey County.
