Earlier career highlights include Vice President Operations at Xylan, General Manager of the Video Products Group at Hewlett-Packard, and Director of Major Accounts & Manufacturing at PCO, Inc. Phil's educational background includes a BA in Physics and Philosophy from Beloit College, an Executive MBA from UCLA - Anderson Graduate School of Management, and a Master's degree in Teaching with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from National University.

Mountain Light, Inc. is a consulting firm focused on helping customers and individuals reach their goals utilizing proven skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and organizational behavior management (OBM). Our consultants have helped scores of clients grow and maintain successful businesses across a variety of industries. A core expertise is working with programs and homes that serve adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities who have significant disruptive behaviors and/or skill deficits. Mountain Light provides behavior consultation to a variety of programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. For over 18 years, we have been providing behavior consultation services to licensed small family homes, group homes, adult residential facilities, residential facilities for the elderly, foster family agencies, and behavioral day programs in Los Angeles County (NLACRC, Westside, Lanterman, Harbor, Eastern LA, South Central LA), Tri-Counties (Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo), Kern, and San Bernardino (western edge) Regional Center areas. Behavior consultants work closely with program administrators and direct care staff to ensure that both maladaptive behaviors and skill deficits are addressed utilizing positive behavior analytic strategies.
