Darla Worden has had a successful career in the media and public relations industry. Darla started their career at The Denver Post in 1984, where they worked in public relations until 1988. From there, they moved on to Wiesner Publishing, where they served as the Group Publisher from 1988 to 1992. In 1994, they joined Kinzley Hughes as the Vice President for a year. In 1996, Darla founded their own company, WordenGroup Public Relations, where they served as the Principal for 20 years until 2016. In 2016, they became the Editor In Chief at Mountain Living Magazine.
Darla Worden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. Darla also has a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Nonfiction from Goucher College. However, the specific start and end years for both degrees are not provided.
