Erik Rashidi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies in the hospitality industry. Erik is currently the Director of Operations Services at Mountain Mike's Pizza, LLC since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at AZUL Hospitality Group from 2015 to 2020, where they held the positions of Corporate Project Manager, Operations Analyst, and Hotel Manager. Before that, they were an Operations Manager / Property Task Force at Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton (RIM Hospitality division of Interstate Hotels and Resorts) from 2014 to 2015. Their early career included a role as a Front Desk Manager at Marriott Hotels (Courtyard & Fairfield Inn) from 2012 to 2014.
Erik Rashidi has a diverse education history. Erik completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Sierra College from 2012 to 2014. Erik then pursued a Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate at Cornell University, which they obtained in 2017. Erik also obtained additional certifications in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in May 2020, and in Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera in September 2019.
