Jim C Metevier

Jim C Metevier has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Jim C started their career as a Mental Health Technician at Health Management Associates, Inc., where they worked from 1988 to 1992. Jim C then joined KFC in 1992 and held multiple roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, Marketing Analyst, and General Manager, until 1998. Jim C then joined Yum! Brands and worked as Senior Manager, Emerging Concepts, National Director of Market Planning, and Senior Director, Development Strategy & Planning. In these roles, Jim was responsible for developing and executing brand and multi-brand development strategies, managing real estate portfolios, and creating short and long-term domestic asset development plans. Jim C also served as Chief Operating Officer at Yum! Brands from 2011 to 2014 and President at Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Jim is serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Mountain Mike's Pizza, LLC since 2018. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations, strategic planning, and brand development.

Jim C Metevier attended the University of Central Florida from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Subsequently, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued their education at the UCF College of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Business Administration.
