Scott Murphy

Scott Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance, entrepreneurship, and public service. As the Co-Founder and Board member of Mountain Pacific Bank, Scott has played a pivotal role in establishing a community bank with over $700 million in assets. Scott served as the President and COO of Goldfinch Bros., Inc. until retirement in June 2024, after significantly contributing to the glass and glazing business since 1892. Scott's leadership experience also includes serving as a City Council Member for Everett, Washington, and co-founding AD Systems, which specializes in high-performance interior sliding door systems. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance at Safeco Insurance, Sr. Vice President and CFO at Nichols Brothers Boat Builders, and positions at Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Scott holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington and is a graduate of Interlake High School.
