Alicia Brooks-Smith has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mountain Park Health Center Use a full-time cancer screening navigator and a variety of evidence-based interventions to effect system change and long-term sustainability. Expected outcomes include increasing the percentage of adults who had appropriate colorectal cancer screening rates to 50% or higher, as well as increasing the number of patientswith abnormal test results who were referred for follow-up care in a timely manner.
