Nancy Rafati

Steam Summer Projects at Mountain View Whisman School District

Nancy Rafati is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of the MVHS Tutorial Center at Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District since 2014, where a focus is placed on peer tutoring and community engagement to inspire lifelong learning. In addition, Nancy is the Founder and Executive Director of Olimpico Learning, which provides an innovative STEAM and writing camp for underserved students. Contributions to local education initiatives include positions on the Challenge Team for the City of Mountain View and involvement in STEAM summer projects for Mountain View Whisman School District. Nancy also held roles as Director of Summer Learning for the City of San José and as a program manager at Stanford Children's Health. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by an Executive Program graduate degree from Stanford University.
