Hinton Edgerton

Hinton Edgerton is an experienced professional in the music and education sectors, currently serving as an Office Associate at Mountain Xpress since March 2023 and with ongoing roles at Moog Music Inc as a Production Assembly member and at Buncombe County Schools as a Substitute Teacher since November 2018. Hinton has extensive musical experience as a bassist for Art Wavey, characterized by a blend of psychedelic, jazz, funk, soul, and electronic genres. Previous positions include an Instructor at Piano Lab, a Digital Marketing Intern at Philharmonic Association, Inc., and Vice President of Artist and Repertoire at Split Rail Records. Hinton's career also features experience as a Service Drummer at Greenway Baptist Church and a Sales Associate at G.H. Bass & Co, alongside performance roles as a mandolin player, fiddler, and vocalist with The Blue Wild. Hinton holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Music Industry from Appalachian State University, completed in 2018.
