Melissa Finau

Melissa Finau, MHL, CHES, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Operations at Mountainlands Community Health Center, Inc., a position held since August 2021, after previously working as Quality Manager and Quality Improvement Coordinator within the same organization from 2016 to September 2021. In these roles, Melissa focused on quality improvement, ensuring healthcare standards compliance and fostering a cooperative atmosphere. Prior to this, Melissa worked as an Outreach Mentor and First Year Advisor at Utah Valley University, developing programs to enhance college attendance and first-year success. Additionally, Melissa served as a Wish Ambassador for Make-A-Wish Utah, where initiatives included presentations to raise awareness and funds for children's life-threatening illnesses. Melissa holds a Master of Health Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Utah Valley University.
