The leadership team at Mountaintop Studios has a wealth of experience in the gaming industry, with members having worked at companies such as Owldragon Games, PopCap Games, and Gastronaut Studios. They also have experience working in other industries, such as forest Management and Facebook Meta. In addition to their work experience, the team is also highly educated, with members holding degrees from Harvey Mudd College, DeVry Institute of Technology, Dickinson College, and UC Irvine.
