Anthony (Tony) Macer has extensive experience in the poultry production industry. Anthony (Tony) served as the Director of Processing Operations at Mountaire Farms since 2020, overseeing all production and facility operations at the second largest poultry production facility in the United States. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at Mountaire Farms from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully increased plant yield and debone yield. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at Tyson Foods, where they managed various plant operations and achieved a 7% improvement in daily processed head. Tony also has experience at Perdue Farms, where they were the Director of Operations from 2006 to 2016, leading all plant operations and driving major initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as a Plant Manager at Allen Family Foods and Townsend, Inc., where they successfully directed production and operations and achieved significant productivity and profit improvements.

Tony Macer attended Delaware Technical and Community College-Owens from 1988 to 1990, where they completed three semesters in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, from 1975 to 1977, Tony attended the University of Maryland Eastern Shore for three semesters, studying Art/Art Studies, General.
