Holly Lewis

Holly Lewis is an experienced professional in the poultry industry with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Assistant Hatchery Manager at Mountaire Farms Hatchery since October 2015, Holly ensures the completion of daily procedures and supports team member training in safety and continuous improvement. Previously, Holly held the position of Hatchery Supervisor at Tyson Foods from February 1993 to September 2015, focusing on procedural compliance and team training, and worked as Operations Clerk III, coordinating schedules and reporting for various departments. Holly also served as Vice President at Cottonwood Ranch from October 1992 to January 2005, overseeing daily operations and account management in a poultry operation. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and has a background in Business Management with an IT emphasis from Eastern Shore Community College.
