Jim Williams has extensive work experience in the poultry industry. Jim began their career at Holly Farms/Tyson in 1977, where they worked for a total of 22 years in various roles, including trainee, Breeder manager, Hatchery manager, and Live production manager. In 1999, they joined Conagra Poultry Co as a Live Production Manager before moving to Tyson Foods in 2000. At Tyson Foods, they held the position of Live Production Manager for 14 years. In 2014, they joined Mountaire Farms as the Director of Breeder Operations, where they are currently employed.
Jim Williams earned a Bachelor's degree in Ag Education/Poultry Science from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 1973 to 1977.
