Lou Rascona

Lou Rascona has over 20 years of work experience in the food industry. Lou started their career at Perdue Farms in 1992 as Director of Manufacturing Systems, where they worked until 2004. Lou then joined Mountaire Farms in 2004 as Director of Information Technology and held that position until 2010. In 2011, Lou Rascona was promoted to the role of VP Accounting & Information Technology at Mountaire Farms, where they currently work.

Lou Rascona obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from Robert Morris University between 1973 and 1977. Their field of study was Accounting and Computer Science.
