Directors Team

The Directors Team at Mountbatten Isle of Wight is responsible for overseeing and guiding the strategic direction of the hospice. Each director brings expertise from their respective fields—quality data and information, finance, nursing, psychosocial care, and operations—to ensure the organization maintains its high standards of care and continues to innovate in end-of-life and bereavement support services. The team collaborates to maintain the 'Outstanding' rating from the Care Quality Commission and to uphold the hospice’s commitment to excellence.
