Kristi Kaur

Kristi Kaur is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Talent and Culture Manager at Mountbirch since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting employees and stakeholders on HR matters, enforcing health and safety policies, and enhancing the employee experience through various initiatives and employer branding activities. Kristi also identifies training needs, organizes team events, and manages all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
