Terry Byers

Terry Byers has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. From 2000 to 2016, Terry worked at Walmart as a Co Facility Manager, where they evaluated customer buying patterns, hired and developed store associates, and implemented strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. In 2016, Terry joined Hobby Lobby as a Store Manager, where they focused on hiring and training new associates, optimizing inventory management, and analyzing customer needs. In 2017, Terry moved to Petco as a General Store Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting top talent, improving operational processes, enforcing policy compliance, and achieving significant growth in customer satisfaction. Currently, Terry is a Business Support Manager at Mountville Mills.
