Chelsea Formica

Chelsea Formica has a diverse range of work experience. Chelsea began their career as a Research Assistant at Manhattan College in 2011. From there, they joined the Cardiovascular Research Foundation as a Research Associate, where they conducted nonclinical research activities in the field of experimental cardiovascular medicine. Chelsea then transitioned to the creative industry, working at Psyop as an Administrative Assistant, Production Coordinator/Assistant Producer, Associate Producer, and eventually a Producer. In 2016, Chelsea joined C/I - Code/Interactive as a Production Manager and later became the Community & Talent Manager. Chelsea'smost recent position is at Mouse, where they have held various roles including Talent and Operations Manager, Talent & Operations Senior Manager, Associate Director of Talent & Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Of Staff. Throughout their career, Chelsea has developed strong skills in talent management, operations, research, and project management.

Chelsea Formica obtained a Master's Degree in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Management from The New School, which they attended from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Manhattan College in 2012, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. Chelsea also completed their high school education at Immaculate Heart Academy in 2008.
