Nikki Clark

Nikki Clark is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong track record in talent management and HR operations across multiple industries. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Mouser Electronics since August 2016, Nikki partners with leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce planning, manage the full recruitment cycle, and oversee employee relations and compliance. Previous roles include leading global HR operations for Nerium International, providing HR support at Amazon Fulfillment Center, and serving as a Human Resources Representative at FedEx. Nikki holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of North Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
