Preema Pais is an experienced product owner and analyst with a strong background in agile software development and product management. Currently serving as Product Owner III at Mouser Electronics, Preema demonstrates expertise in delivering successful projects and contributing to strategic product roadmaps. Previously, Preema excelled at Copart as a Product Owner/Analyst, leading cross-functional teams to define and deliver customer-facing solutions while managing a team of 35 developers. Preema's earlier role as a Senior Business Analyst at Infosys involved extensive collaboration with technical teams to enhance retail customer file management applications and perform data analysis to improve key performance indicators.
