Craig Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Craig is currently serving as the Managing Partner at Flagstaff Ventures, LP since May 2021. Prior to this, Craig was the Co-Founder and CEO of Mouthguard Club and Retainer Club, Inc from February 2017 onwards, where they provided orthodontists and dentists with the ability to offer custom mouthguards and post-treatment retainers, respectively.

Before their ventures in the dental field, Craig founded and served as the CEO of Aladdin Dreamer, Inc. starting from August 2015. Aladdin created wearable devices to improve sleep quality.

Craig also had significant involvement in the electronic nicotine delivery industry. Craig served as the Executive Chairman, CEO, and President of NJOY USA, the world's largest independent provider of electronic nicotine delivery, from 2010 to 2015. During their tenure, NJOY sold electronic cigarettes and vaping devices throughout the United States and Europe.

Prior to their foray into the industry, Craig worked as a Managing Member at JCJ Capital Partners LLC from 2007 to 2011. Craig also had a successful legal career, serving as a Partner at Weiss & Moy, P.C., a full-service intellectual property law firm, from 1999 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Craig worked as a Patent Attorney at Zell & Co., where they completed their Israeli apprenticeship in 2001-2002.

Overall, Craig Weiss has accumulated valuable experience in various leadership and entrepreneurial roles within the healthcare, technology, and legal sectors.

Craig Weiss earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. Craig further pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, which they obtained in 1999. In 1994, Craig participated in an Overseas Program at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
